Mussive.com, operated by Growbrand LLC, provides a digital music distribution service, acting as an intermediary between artists, music labels and digital music platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, and other digital stores). We exclusively offer digital services and do not sell or distribute physical products.


1. Distribution Services

  • Our service facilitates the delivery of your music to digital streaming platforms and stores.
  • Acceptance by specific platforms is not guaranteed, as each platform maintains its own content guidelines and review processes.
  • Distribution times vary depending on the platforms selected and their internal processing timelines.

2. Payments & Fees

  • Distribution fees are charged upfront before services are rendered.
  • All fees are clearly displayed during checkout. Additional fees for optional services or premium features will also be disclosed before purchase.
  • All applicable taxes are included unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate payment information.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only under specific conditions:

  • Non-Refundable Services: Refunds are not available once your music has been successfully delivered to digital platforms.
  • Eligible Refund Requests:
    • Refund requests for failed or rejected distributions must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
    • Refunds may be granted at our discretion if:
      • The distribution process has not yet begun.
      • Technical issues on our end prevented successful distribution.
      • The purchased service was not as described.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

4. Disputes

  • Disputes related to payments or services must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
  • Before initiating a payment dispute through Stripe or your payment provider, please contact our support team to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
  • We aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days of receiving all necessary documentation.
  • Documentation may be required to verify claims.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
  • Distributions canceled before delivery to digital stores may be eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in our Refund Policy.
